What You'll Experience
During a Reiki session, you will be guided to lie down comfortably on the massage bed (fully clothed) and then gently guided into a relaxing meditation, allowing you to feel at ease for the healing to come.
Then, using my hands, either on you or hovering above you, I will begin to channel pure energy that will bring you back into energetic alignment, promote healing and reduce stress.
